Financial Transparency & Accountability

Pratyay Livelihood and Wellness Foundation follows sound financial management practices in compliance with the Companies Act, 2013.

As the organization was incorporated on 21 February 2025, the first statutoryaudit will be conducted after the close of the first financial year on 31 March 2026.

Interim financial statements, utilization summaries, and supporting documents are maintained and can be shared with donors and CSR partners upon request.

Bank account details and statutory documents are shared only during formal due-diligence processes.

Monitoring, Evaluation & Impact

Pratyay adopts a phased monitoring and evaluation approach, appropriate for early-stage organizations.

During the first year of operations, the focus is on output and outcome tracking, including beneficiary reach, activity documentation, and qualitative feedback.

Impact data is collected through attendance records, field reports, photographs, and beneficiary testimonials.

A detailed impact assessment will be undertaken after program stabilization and scale-up.
